Meet Our Staff

Management

Donna is the owner/operator of Lake Farm Kennels. She has devoted her life to the caring of animals - both at the kennel and at home. She resides in Brewster with her husband Paul and their four children Paul, Alex, Sarah and Kate. She finds great satisfaction in working with a competent and compassionate team and is proud that three generations of her family work together doing what they love!

Reception

Helen is Donna’s mother and super woman! She greets you upon arrival, acts as our secretary and bookkeeper. She greets each pet with the care and attention that we strive for on a daily basis. Helen resides in Orleans with her rescue cat Doubles and her miniature poodle Willie.

Groomers

Pat has over 50 years of experience and has met all kinds of cats and dogs. She still enjoys meeting and pampering whomever walks in the door! She resides in Orleans with her two dogs – Zeus and Apollo and her cat Mickey.

Daria has been with us for over 25 years – first as a bather and now as a groomer. She resides in Eastham with her three rescue ponies, dogs, cats and a variety of small critters.

Pet Care Technicians

Kate is Donna’s younger daughter. She is a Junior at Cape Cod Tech in Harwich where she is Class President and studying in the Electrical Program. Puppy playtime is her favorite activity when she is at Lake Farm Kennels. Kate is always in charge of the holiday decorations.

Nancy has been at Lake Farm Kennels for a while. She works in the kennels keeping the area clean, feeding the animals and enjoying playtime with them too!

Sarah is Donna’s oldest daughter. She enjoys riding and competing with her horses, crossfit workouts, running in charity 5K races and taking her dogs for long walks. She takes great pride in keeping all the guests rooms spotless. She is enjoying her first year of Pre-Veterinarian at UMaine Orono.
